Ushering in a new era of health care, together

 I want nurses to know that I care, I hear you, and I see you.

I'm a natural caregiver; it's a part of who I am. I tended to my grandmother, who grappled with Alzheimer's, and later, my father, navigating his own health challenges. This shaped my passion for supporting others, and as I became a nurse, I soon recognized that nurses, too, require strong advocates. I’ve made it my mission to be our voice and a dedicated champion for all of us, from the bedside to Capitol Hill.

The rewards I have experienced have been tremendous. Providing the best possible care for patients is going to be achieved when we, at BD, help nurses, like me, be their very best. I am committed to doing whatever I can to make sure that nurses’ interests are heard because only then can meaningful change and improvement occur.
