BD contributed over $6.2 million in cash to a variety of organizations in its key focus areas: HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria, diabetes, immunization, infectious diseases, other health, education and disaster relief support.

Humanitarian Relief

Because the majority of BD's support is directed to specific programs and organizations, the Company does not accept unsolicited proposals. We do not accept unsolicited requests for grants, funding, sponsorships, promotional items and product donations.

BD is a member of AdvaMed, the world's largest medical technology association representing manufacturers of medical devices, diagnostic products and medical information systems. We adhere to the AdvaMed Code of Ethics as they relate to our charitable giving.
