At BD we realize the importance of recognizing our associates for going above and beyond their job requirements to help all people live healthier lives. We have several reward programs that recognize associates who have demonstrated extraordinary talent.
On theSpot Award
There is no better way to say "thank-you than with an On the Spot Award. It provides an opportunity to recognize associates who are passionate creative and innovative and who go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
This award is in line with Our Envisioned Future, and recognizes risk takers who really know how to work efficiently and effectively This is an award for those hidden talents that help make BD a lean organization!
Canadian Sales Award
Winners of this award are BD's top sales performers in Canada. There are two distinct awards that all sales associates are eligible for: President's Club Award and Winner's Circle Award. In each market segment and unit, a top performer who has exceeded goals and demonstrated the BD Values is selected to receive the Presidents Club Award. One associate for the President's Club is then selected to receive the Winner's Circle Award.
Associates who are not part of our sales team are eligible for three equally prestigious awards:
Standing Ovation Award.
This award embodies Delta in Action and recognizes the associate(s) who demonstrate(s) the Delta pillars of Growth, Innovation and Talent! Associates are nominated by their colleagues and winners are selected by the Leadership Committee based on specific criteria.
Service Awards acknowledge and celebrate both the length of time an associate has worked with BD and the contributions that they have made to the organization.
